Job Description:

Main responsibilities>
•  Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new machines, following established standards. Ensure quality, carry out necessary repairs, and replace defective components efficiently and accurately to prepare machines for delivery.
•  Install and remove optional accessories as specified by customers or dealers.
•  Clean and wash machines.
•  Safely load and unload machines, ensuring proper packaging and handling.
•  Record machine status and related information in the ERP system, including invoices and other relevant documents.
•  Operate tools and equipment safely, ensuring proper handling and movement of materials within the PDI facility.
•  Maintain tools and materials in good condition and ensure the use of appropriate PPE for all tasks.
•  Immediately report any safety concerns to management.
•  Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards related to quality management, environmental protection, health and safety, and labor regulations. Ensure the organization, security, and confidentiality of documentation under your responsibility. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
•  Perform other duties as assigned.

Main job requirements
This position is responsible for conducting thorough inspections of MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform) machines during inbound, outbound, and storage processes at the Distribution Center. The role ensures quality control, accurate handling of receiving and shipping activities, and precise information for the billing process.
•  High school diploma required.
•  1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in equipment maintenance.
•  Forklift operation certification.
•  Possession of a basic set of mechanical tools (e.g., sockets, wrenches, battery-operated impact gun).
•  Basic technical knowledge of aerial work platforms.
•  Hands-on experience with Genie products is preferred.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•  Ability to manage expectations and effectively communicate customer needs across teams and departments.
