What would you do? • Strategic development and ongoing operation of Recruitment services under an assigned client account. The role supports workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding activities, while ensuring delivery of Recruitment services in line with contractual metrics and operational best practices. • Exposure to recruitment processes, travel aviation industry is mandatory. • Must be Flexible with shift timings • The role is accountable for day to day recruitment operations. • Strategic development and ongoing operation of recruitment services including workforce planning, sourcing, screening and onboarding. Responsible for leading a team of sourcing associates and should be proficient in various sourcing channels. Must have hands on experience sourcing candidates for the US market and act as the primary contact • Clear articulation during operational and governance discussions. • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems ATS, Smart Recruiter, job boards, and HCM platforms. • 10+ years of end to end recruitment delivery including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding. • Experience in RPO or managed services recruitment models. • Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and recruitment reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Day to day activity includes strategic development and ongoing operation of all Recruitment services under the client account including workforce planning, sourcing, screening and onboarding. Responsible for leading and influencing the delivery of RPO operational activities and maintaining strong knowledge of operational best practices. • Recruitment operational activities include delivery of all Recruitment Dashboards and responsibility for the overall maintenance and delivery of Recruitment services, HR Information Systems, HR Project Management Office, Vendor Management, Continuous Improvement, HR budgets, and all Service Management activities including measurement of SLAs and OLAs. • Should have US and Canada recruitment experience and have managed recruitment for these geographies. • Source candidates based on requirements and job descriptions. • Conduct initial screening of shortlisted profiles to confirm they are qualified, interested, and available. • Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers and interview panels. • Gather feedback from hiring managers on the recruitment process and improve hiring manager and candidate experience. • Meet or exceed primary and secondary metrics as defined contractually in the client agreement across Talent Acquisition Delivery. • Manage day to day sourcing team performance and productivity. • Mentor and manage a team of sourcers. • Develop and deploy process improvement initiatives and process optimization projects. • Provide overall direction to ensure recruiters have an adequate pipeline of candidates. • Utilize reporting tools to identify root cause performance issues and implement corrective actions. • Prioritize work for the team and create talent pipelines for client requirements. • Recruitment service delivery and RPO operations. • SLA and KPI tracking and operational governance. • Team mentoring and performance management. • Client interaction resolutionAny Graduation
