Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Arrival Operations in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Using computer or tablet systems, you will help maintain an organized, professional environment while supporting a positive experience for tenants and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide professional customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing tenants, guests, and vendors as appropriate.
• Carry out site-specific security-related procedures, visitor-management requirements, and access-control protocols for tenants, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and other assigned systems, and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and emergency situations in a calm, courteous, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while supporting a professional and welcoming lobby environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
