Schedule: PRN position not to exceed an average of 10 hours per week

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Lead daily revenue cycle operations to optimize financial health and ensure seamless administrative support for patient care teams.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team through targeted hiring, ongoing education, and active performance management.
• Drive financial performance and accountability by analyzing key metrics—including cash collections, denials, and volume trends—to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Oversee third-party billing and vendor relationships, directing contract negotiations to maximize financial yield and operational compliance.
• Manage departmental budgets and revenue valuations, partnering with external auditors and executive administration to ensure fiscal alignment and predictability.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) credentialed from the American Health Information ManagementAssociation (AHIMA) preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional requirements you'll need

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting. 
• 3+ years of healthcare finance, revenue cycle or similar professional experience
