Description
POSITION: Senior Art Director
Employment: Full-Time
Salary 100k-130k
Work Model: On-site
ABOUT US
We partner with mission-driven organizations to drive transformation. We're AI-native and future-focused, bringing brand, communications, experience, and media together to build trust and create lasting advantage.
For us, change isn't a buzzword — it's how we operate every day. We build a culture around curiosity, collaboration, and accountability, and we do our best work when we're pushing boundaries.
How we work: Brave. Original. Lively. Driven.
We offer a competitive benefits package including health, dental, short-term disability, PTO, and retirement plans.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Art Director who lives in the work. This is a hands-on, senior creative who can take an idea from spark to final asset without waiting for permission.
You won't be running a department. You'll be in the work — concepting, designing, producing, and presenting — while partnering across strategy, account, digital, content, and production. Your job is to turn complex business problems into creative that people actually feel across brand, digital, social, campaigns, web, and experiences.
The right person has elite craft, sharp ideas, and the production chops to execute. You're fluent in AI-powered workflows, and you know when to push an idea further and when to bring others in. One day you're pitching a big idea to leadership. The next you're perfecting type, cutting a social video, building motion, or testing a new AI tool to work faster and better.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead the Creative
Own concept development across brand systems, campaigns, digital, print, social, web, and experiential
Run projects end-to-end from brief to final delivery with minimal oversight
Turn strategy into visual systems and stories that move people
Present work with clarity and defend the thinking behind it
Build AI into your process — for ideation, production, and exploration
Keep us sharp on what's new in design tech and help us level up
Bring creative fire to pitches and new business
Make the Work
Create exceptional design across every channel: digital, print, web, social, decks, and campaigns
Generate multiple directions and iterate fast with feedback
Design websites, landing pages, and digital experiences in Figma
Craft high-stakes presentations for workshops and executive audiences
Produce motion graphics and animation that bring ideas to life
Edit short-form video for social and thought leadership
Deliver production-ready files for print, digital, and motion
Sweat the details: typography, composition, systems, and craft
Design with UX, accessibility, and responsiveness in mind
Collaborate with photographers, developers, illustrators, writers, and external partners to bring work to life
How You Operate
You're self-directed. You don't need someone checking in daily.
You own your work and finish what you start.
You balance big-picture thinking with getting your hands dirty.
You thrive in collaborative rooms but don't need constant direction.
You're curious. You're always learning, always testing new tools — especially AI.
You're organized and hold a high bar for quality on everything you ship.
You help manage timelines, scope, and deliverables
You oversee vendors, contractors, and collaborators
You make sure everything goes out on-brand, on-time, and on-strategy
WHAT YOU BRING
8–12 years in an agency or consultancy with a portfolio that proves both big ideas and flawless execution. A degree is great, but your work matters more.
Deep toolset including:
- Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Design & Collaboration: Figma, Miro
- Content & Web: CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Webflow or similar
- AI: Firefly, Midjourney, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT and others
- Project Management: ClickUp, Asana, or similar
