Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on OTR dry van routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and stay compliant with DOT/FMCSA hours of service
- Communicate with dispatch on load status, delays, and route changes
- Secure freight properly for drop and hook and live load/unload stops
- Maintain a clean driving record and represent the company professionally on the road

- Late-model automatic transmission trucks
- Dry van trailers, APU-equipped for comfort during rest periods
- No slip seating, your truck is assigned to you

- 4 to 6 weeks of one-on-one OTR training riding with an experienced mentor
- Guaranteed weekly training pay, paid every week, no surprises
- Immediate upgrade to full solo mileage rate the moment training ends
- Only requirement to start: a 120-hour certificate from an approved CDL school
What You Will Earn
- $1,300 to $1,550 average weekly gross pay
- Top 25% of drivers clearing $1,900 per week
- Performance bonus program
- $300 orientation pay, travel and lodging covered
Home Time & Freight
- 2 weeks out, 2 full days home
- Drop and hook and live load/unload freight

What It Takes to Qualify
- Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older
- New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months of verifiable solo experience
- 120+ hours completed at an accredited CDL training school
- Clean MVR and background check
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
- No DUI/DWI within the past 5 to 10 years
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
