Description -

Support the Accounting team in routine accounting and tax activities, including postings, reconciliations, organization of tax documents, and support for the monthly closing process, under direct supervision, as part of the internship program focused on professional development in accounting.

Responsibilities -

- Assist with reviewing and posting incoming and outgoing invoices

- Support the reconciliation of accounts (bank, vendors, customers)

- Assist with organizing and filing tax and accounting documents

- Support the monthly accounting closing process, under the team's guidance

- Support internal and external audits by gathering the requested documentation

- Perform other related activities as directed by the direct manager

Relevant Knowledge, Skills and Competencies -  

Education: currently pursuing a degree in accounting, or a related field, with an expected graduation after Dec 31st, 2028

Experience: no prior experience is required; having taken part in other internship programs or academic activities related to accounting/tax will be considered an advantage

Skills: basic knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Brazilian tax and accounting legislation (desirable); organization and attention to detail

Competencies: proactivity, willingness to learn, good communication, teamwork, and commitment to deadlines
