At GMIB.ie, a Gallagher company, we're looking for a Renewal Confirmation Executive to join our team in Killarney, County Kerry. You'll play an important role in helping us deliver fair outcomes for customers, maintain strong insurer relationships and support the continued success of our personal lines business. How you'll make an impact
As a Insurance Support Executive, you'll help ensure our customers receive an excellent experience throughout the renewal process. You'll:
- Process personal lines renewal policies accurately and efficiently.
- Allocate payments to the correct insurers and set up finance agreements.
- Apply discounts where appropriate and issue renewal documentation to clients.
- Support pricing reviews through market analysis and insurer insights.
- Help ensure regulatory compliance and customer fairness across all activities.
- Speak with clients about insurance products and policy options.
- Build strong customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services that may benefit clients.
- Work closely with colleagues while managing your own workload effectively.
About you
We're looking for someone who is organised, motivated and keen to build a successful career within insurance. You'll ideally have:
- A minimum of 280 Leaving Certificate points, including passes in English and Maths, or a Level 7 degree (or equivalent qualification).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
- Sales, negotiation or customer service experience, although this isn't essential.
Most importantly, you'll be willing to work towards professional insurance qualifications, fully funded by us, as you continue to develop your skills and career with us.
