Senior Change Manager – 24-Month Contract

An exciting 24-month contract opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead the structured execution of enterprise-wide and strategic change initiatives across multiple business units.

The successful candidate will drive successful adoption of organisational change across people, processes and technology, with a strong focus on stakeholder alignment, business readiness, behavioural change and value realisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA) and readiness assessments for large-scale and multi-functional initiatives.
• Develop integrated change strategies across people, processes and technology.
• Create stakeholder engagement plans focused on trust building, feedback loops and influence mapping.
• Define and track change adoption KPIs and benefits realisation metrics.
• Identify and mitigate change saturation risks across the portfolio.
• Establish and manage networks of Change Agents or Champions to drive local engagement and feedback.
• Lead change workshops and support the design of training programmes.
• Develop and implement resistance management plans.
• Support cultural alignment by reinforcing behaviours aligned with strategic goals.
• Work across functional boundaries to ensure change initiatives are sustainable and effectively embedded within the organisation.
• Apply structured change management methodologies, organisational diagnostics and proactive risk management to support successful transformation outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organisational Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years' experience in change management.
• At least 5 years' experience leading enterprise-wide or complex transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
• Experience within digital transformation, operating model or mergers and acquisitions programmes would be advantageous.
• Proven experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
• Hands-on experience with business process re-engineering, role design and readiness frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to manage complex change initiatives across multiple stakeholders and business units.
