Mechanical Engineer

ESSENTITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct design changes for product customization based on current product platform.

根据当前产品平台进行产品定制的设计变更。

• Optimize the products through design changes.

通过设计变更优化产品。

• Play the role of product expert to support production team to resolve technical problems.

扮演产品专家的角色，支持生产团队解决技术问题。

• Participate in the qualification of second source parts with an opportunity for supply continuity, cost reduction.

参与第二供应商零件的认证，有机会保持供应连续性，降低成本。

• Comprehensive documentation responsibility that may include, but not limited to, generating and updating engineering drawings, Bill of Materials, product verification plans, and test reports.

全面的文件责任，可能包括但不限于生成和更新工程图纸、物料清单、产品验证计划和测试报告。

• Support quality engineers to define inspection criteria of parts and finish goods.

支持质量工程师确定零件和成品的检验标准。

• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as supply chain, quality mechanical and firmware etc. during the design change and verification.

在设计变更和验证期间，与供应链、质量机械和固件等跨职能团队合作。

• Lead small-scale CSP/VAVE（Customization Special Product/Value analysis and value engineering）projects.

主导小型CSP/VAVE项目。

• Utilize Ralliant Business System tools to drive Safety, Quality, and Cost objectives.

• Other tasks assigned by the management.

管理层分配的其他任务。

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

机械工程或相关专业学士学位。。

• Minimum of 8 years of prior Mechanical Engineering experience.

至少8年机械工程经验。

• Proficiency with SolidWorks or other CAD software.

熟练使用SolidWorks或其他CAD软件。

• Working knowledge of plastic injection modeling, die-casting and machining process.

具有注塑成型，压铸和机加工工艺的工作知识。

• Demonstrated knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA.

具备GD&T， DFMEA的相关知识。

• Good at both written and spoken English.

英语听说读写熟练。

• Project management and sensing control industrial experience is plus.

有项目管理和传感控制工业经验者优先。
