Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager IV to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives and ensure IT delivery remains aligned with business priorities.

This senior-level role will manage projects from concept through implementation, define scope and milestones, coordinate technical and product teams, lead Agile ceremonies, manage dependencies and risks, and provide clear project visibility to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery of complex IT and technology projects.

• Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements.

• Manage projects from concept creation through implementation and completion.

• Lead sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and other Agile delivery activities.

• Collaborate with technical, product, and business teams to break complex initiatives into prioritized and actionable plans.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, roadmaps, status reports, and milestone tracking.

• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and constraints.

• Define and drive mitigation plans for project risks and delivery challenges.

• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and decision-making sessions.

• Apply advanced negotiation, facilitation, planning, and dependency-management techniques.

• Create clear visibility into project status, progress, risks, and priorities.

• Coordinate resources and ensure alignment across multiple teams and workstreams.

• Support continuous improvement of IT project delivery processes and practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 10+ years of relevant IT project management experience.

• Proven experience leading large, complex, cross-functional technology projects.

• Strong project planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery skills.

• Experience working with multidisciplinary technical and product teams.

• Experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

• Strong experience identifying and managing project dependencies and risks.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver results.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong stakeholder-management, negotiation, and facilitation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise IT transformation or digital initiatives.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.

• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar project-management platforms.

• PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related project management certification preferred.
