We are searching for the best talent for a Clinical Support role to join our Orthopedics – Joints team in the Central Region of Israel.

The Clinical Support Specialist provides expert clinical and technical support for orthopedic procedures, partnering closely with the Sales team and healthcare professionals. This field-based role involves supporting surgical cases, delivering product expertise in the operating room, and helping drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

You will be responsible for:

• Provide clinical and technical support during orthopedic surgical procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, operating room teams, and key customers.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products, technologies, clinical applications, and competitive offerings.
• Support the Sales team in achieving business objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Gather market intelligence, including customer needs, competitor activities, and hospital processes.
• Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals as required.
• Report Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company, legal, ethical, and compliance standards.

Location: Central region- Israel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant clinical/scientific background preferred.
• Previous experience in the medical device industry or healthcare environment is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, field-based environment, including operating room support.
