With a growing portfolio of novel therapies, industry-leading R&D, and a goal of delivering eight breakthroughs by 2030 across major cancer types, we're translating cutting-edge science into market-shaping impact. Guided by our values of courage, excellence, equity, and joy, you'll have the opportunity to stretch your skills and build a career that evolves with you—across teams, roles, and the Pfizer enterprise. Join us to make history — for patients, for their families, for the future.

At Pfizer, our vision is a world where people with cancer live better and longer lives. Together with the Hematology-Oncology community, we are dedicated to making meaningful change for people living with blood cancers.

Pfizer has over a decade of experience in Hematology-Oncology, with nine approved medicines available in over 80 countries in 18 indications that have reached over 239,000 patients worldwide. Our medicines treat the main types of blood cancers, including MM, chronic and acute leukemias, and lymphomas, spanning all three of our core scientific modalities: antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), bispecific antibodies, and small molecules.

Our long-standing relationships with the blood cancer community are imperative to our work. We partner with organizations around the world to better understand and support the unique needs of patients living with blood cancers. Our collaborations with patients shape our work and enable us to optimize access to care in the communities we serve.

Adcetris is a foundational Hematology/Oncology brand with eight approved indications across both B-cell and T-cell lymphomas. The Senior Manager, Adcetris Integrated Marketing and Operations will join a highly talented marketing team and serve as the integrated operating lead across the brand. This individual is accountable for:

  • Leading Adcetris OPEX planning, forecasting, tracking, reconciliation, and budget governance across the marketing team.
  • Driving end-to-end congress strategy and execution, including logistics, booth design, material development, stakeholder coordination, onsite readiness, and post-congress closeout.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for AOR operations, including weekly status agendas, integrated timelines, action tracking, budget visibility, and administrative support for scope management, in partnership with the Adcetris HCP Lead and DTC Lead, who retain strategic and functional ownership of agency workstreams.
  • Supporting POA, Strategic Plan, and Tactical Plan execution through integrated planning, project management, and performance tracking alongside OP and Tactical Leads.

The role requires strong commercial execution expertise, financial acumen, congress and project management capabilities, and demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment. The successful candidate will create structure and accountability while enabling functional leads to retain strategic ownership of their respective workstreams.

This position will report to the Sr Director, US Adcetris Marketing Team Lead within US Oncology.
