Overview         

 

We are seeking a talented Architectural Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality architectural design. The position involves design development, preparation of construction documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams across a diverse range of projects. This role offers excellent opportunities to develop your technical, design, and coordination skills through exposure to major building and infrastructure projects.

 

Your role

 

• Assist in the preparation of architecture detail design proposals.
• Work closely with senior architects to produce construction documents.
• Coordinate architectural designs with internal and external multidisciplinary teams.
• Support the Architecture team in delivering high-quality design and documentation that meet company QA standards.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of architectural drawings and documentation.
• Keep abreast of the latest software enhancements to improve productivity and share this knowledge with other colleagues.

 

About you

 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, and with minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience.
• Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and statutory procedures.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD / BIM software.
• Willingness to learn and the ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
