Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Senior Planner Aftersales eCommerce Program Marketing to join our team in Franklin, TN. This role is responsible for the strategy, planning, and optimization of Aftersales Parts & Accessories eCommerce marketing initiatives and digital customer engagement programs. Manages multiple vendors and agencies while leading cross-functional efforts with Service Marketing, Wholesale, VCS, NESNA and other stakeholders. Works to drive revenue growth, increase customer engagement, improve conversion performance, and maximize ROI on any spend. Owns annual marketing calendar planning, campaign strategy, performance reporting and continuous optimization of customer experience.


A Day in the Life:

  • Manages cross-functional relationships regarding marketing campaigns and effectiveness for eCommerce and mobile web updates in collaboration with Accessory Marketing, Service Marketing, Wholesale, Vehicle Connected Services, NESNA, and other stakeholders.
  • Manages vendor and agency relationships with eCommerce vendors, and direct marketing partner to maximize campaign planning, creative reviews and programs performance throughout the year, ensuring a high ROI.
  • Creates and manages full year eComm marketing plan to drive increase in site visitors, cart conversion, and revenue.
  • Responsible for increasing traffic to eCommerce sites through targeted campaigns via data and analytics. Responsible for working with adjacent team members and other AS groups to help drive eCommerce effectiveness. Evaluate emerging technologies and craft A/B testing for continuous improvement.
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption of advanced/improved  strategy and workflows for the business, where appropriate.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority. 
  • Experience mentoring team members and managing agency and vendor relationships.
  • Manages Parts and Accessory online SM marketing – including content calendar, posts, and reporting. Maintains Aftersales marketing and promotional calendar. Works with team members on SEO and site optimizations.  
  • Oversee internal and external resources for parts & accessories marketing material creation, approval routing and execution. Liaise with dealer engagement, analytics, and technical lead teammates as needed.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting program performance, opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager, Ecommerce and Digital Programs.


Who We’re Looking for: 
Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (Business or Marketing preferred)
Experience: 6 or more years of eCommerce & CRM, SEO/SEM experience preferred, and extensive knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices as well as knowledge and familiarity with GA4 and other analytics suites. Experience managing third party agency and vendor relationships is also highly desired. Experience reporting to executive management, managing others and working cross functionally.
Job Knowledge and Skill: Skilled in CRM, SEM, SEO, PPC, and related best practices. Thorough understanding of marketing principles, agency management, compliance requirements, and customer engagement strategies. Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution of business objectives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop reporting that effectively measures website, campaign, and program performance. Proven ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing effectiveness, improve customer experience, and maximize return on investment.
Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of full Microsoft suite of products including Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, other PC applications. Experience working with Program management software such as basecamp or JIRA, GA4 and other analytics suites, reporting on Google Adwords, and SEM tools a plus. Ability to leverage AI (Co-Pilot) and other data driven tools (Snowflake, Kiro, etc) to adapt workflow optimization is a plus. 

Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN – HQ. 
Travel: Up to 10% of the day and overnight travel
