What You'll Do

  • Lead the coordination of fleet maintenance, repairs, warranties, and tire management activities, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Manage complex technical cases, customer escalations, and high-impact issues, driving timely and effective resolution.
  • Monitor maintenance costs, validate invoices, and ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.
  • Partner with workshops, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making through data analysis and reporting.
  • Contribute to compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives across fleet operations.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management, automotive services, maintenance coordination, or a similar operational role.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
  • Experience managing suppliers, customers, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Higher education degree. Automotive technical education is considered an advantage.

Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data.
  • Strong planning and forecasting capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • English language proficiency is considered an advantage.
