Overview

Non-anchor markets One Pep Media Enablement Manager is responsible for driving consistent, high-quality execution of PepsiCo’s media agenda across multiple non-anchor markets (FOBO & COBO) by owning enablement foundations including media toolkits, reporting (PEP spent, competitive review) and best practice sharing. 

The person in this role will deliver TCP Planning Toolkits based on local non-anchor markets consumer & market specifics, effectiveness and media landscape data.

This role operates within a complex regional environment, working across multiple markets, operating models and agency partners. The role provides manager level accountability for delivery, ensuring markets are set up to execute effectively and that senior leaders are supported with clear, timely and insight ready outputs for BEVE non-anchor markets (both FOBO & COBO).

 

This is a delivery focused role, requiring strong judgement, prioritisation and matrix stakeholder management, cooperation with Capabilities Team to provide constant TCP 2.0 & 5S model best in class role out and application and without full end to end strategic ownership.

 

 

Responsibilities

Media Enablement & Toolkit Delivery 

  • Lead delivery of Create N-A led media toolkits, ensuring outputs are clear, consistent and market ready. 
  • Consolidate and translate lead market, agency and historical work into standardised, scalable enablement assets. 
  • Own the development and ongoing management of Create N-A toolkit frameworks and templates, ensuring alignment with International Beverages guidance. 
  • Manage targeted development of new or adapted toolkits where required, using judgement to balance scope, quality and timelines. 
  • Track delivery, identify risks and independently resolve issues to ensure commitments are met. 
  • Support CE FOBO top markets (CZ, HUN, SRB, BUG) as acting TCP Lead

 

Reporting & Operational Management

  • Own regional media reporting for Create N-A priorities, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to agreed timelines.  
  • Maintain and improve reporting templates and processes to support clarity and ease of use. Ensuring reporting enables performance review and insight led discussion, not just data visibility. 
  • Coordinate with GBS / KCC or equivalent support teams where applicable, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined. 
  • Lead above market quarterly competitive review (spend/ platforms/ campaign assets) & insights in cooperation with local TCP leads and Media Agency

 

Best Practice & Capability Enablement

  • Own the operational approach to best practice capture and cascade across Create N-A markets. 
  • Drive effective use of existing platforms (e.g. Spark, Hootsuite, Creator IQ ) to embed knowledge sharing as part of normal ways of working. 
  • Support coordination of JBP utilisation and innovation roadmaps in partnership with wider One PEP Media teams. 
  • Act as a connector across markets and central teams to enable learning, reuse and scale.  

Stakeholder Management & Ways of Working

  • Partner closely/ integrate with the Create N-A Marketing Team agenda to prioritise delivery and manage sequencing of work. 
  • Build effective working relationships with regional stakeholders, markets and agency partners. 
  • Set clear expectations on deliverables, timelines and scope, escalating risks appropriately. 

Scope & Decision Making

  • Accountable for the delivery of TCP toolkit, either based on Create non-anchor campaigns or by adapting Anchor UK and Global IB toolkits for transversal campaigns.
  • Inspires and supports Deploy non-anchor in TCP amplifications and executions, facilitating strong activation of respective media foundation.
  • Makes day-to-day decisions on prioritisation, sequencing and resourcing within agreed scope. 
  • Escalates strategic or resourcing decisions as appropriate. 
  • Influences outcomes through coordination and clarity rather than direct line management. 

Success Measures

  • Create N-A toolkits delivered on time and consistently adopted by markets. 
  • Reporting is accurate, streamlined and supports effective decision making. 
  • Best practice sharing is embedded into ways of working. 
  • Reduced dependency on senior leaders for executional problem solving. 

 

 

Qualifications

 

Experience

 

  • Experience of 10 years + in media planning, activation, media operations or regional media roles in the advertisers side or optionally in Agency. 
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple markets and agency models. 
  • Proven ability to manage complex delivery with multiple stakeholders. 
  • FMCG or beverage experience preferred. 
  • Strong D&I capabilities to work with large multi-cultural & diverse Non-Anchor region

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected starting compensation range for this position is 278,800 PLN annually.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • This role is eligible for an annual bonus of 15% of annual salary, based on performance and eligibility.
