What You’ll Do
- Process customer orders using eCommerce platforms and shipping software to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Organize, stock, move, and maintain inventory while ensuring warehouse areas remain clean, safe, and organized.
- Assist with inventory management activities, including cycle counts, inventory tracking updates, and stock replenishment.
- Respond to customer inquiries, process returns, submit shipping claims when needed, and support trade show and event shipping requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- One or more years of experience in customer service, warehouse operations, shipping, fulfillment, or a related field preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness and ability to learn eCommerce platforms and shipping software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, reliability, and customer service focus.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to lift and move products and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely operate a pallet jack and move inventory within warehouse areas.
- Frequent walking, lifting, carrying, organizing, and handling products and shipping materials.
- Work is performed primarily in a warehouse and fulfillment environment.
