What is the opportunity?
Drive end-to-end programme delivery for the enterprise digital asset custody enabler, translating strategic intent into operational reality across Phases 2 and 3. Serve as the Managing Director’s primary delegate for programme execution, governance cadence, and cross-enabler co-ordination within the Digital Asset Oversight Committee (DAOC) framework. Ensure delivery excellence across custody infrastructure implementation whilst maintaining enterprise-grade security, compliance, and operational standards that enable RBC’s digital asset ambitions across Investor Services, Commercial Banking, Personal Banking, Capital Markets, and Wealth Management.

What do you need to succeed?
Must haves:
- Minimum 7 years in financial services with progressive programme or project management responsibility, including demonstrated experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders
- Programme delivery expertise including governance framework design, stakeholder management, dependency mapping, risk management, and executive reporting (critical requirement)
- Financial services product delivery experience including regulatory change programmes, technology implementations, or operational transformations with understanding of institutional banking operations
- Strong business acumen translating strategic objectives into delivery roadmaps, managing competing priorities through structured trade-off analysis, and maintaining stakeholder alignment through transparent communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare executive-level reporting, facilitate cross-functional forums, and present complex programme status to senior stakeholders
- Proven ability working effectively across organisational boundaries, building collaborative relationships, and driving consensus amongst diverse stakeholder groups with potentially conflicting priorities
Nice-to-have:
- Programme management certifications (PMP, PgMP, MSP, or equivalent)
- Experience delivering technology implementations in financial services including vendor selection, third-party risk management, and production deployment
- Background supporting enterprise transformation programmes spanning multiple business lines with shared infrastructure or platform components
- Prior exposure to digital asset, blockchain, or emerging technology programmes demonstrating ability to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity whilst maintaining delivery rigour

Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$90,000.00 - $140,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location.
