What does this role involve?
As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in developing innovative products and enhancing existing solutions that elevate the customer experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform ideas into practical, high-quality designs while ensuring manufacturability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.

What is the ideal profile for this position?
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency with CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
- Solid understanding of product design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal.
What will your responsibilities be as a Product Designer?
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and develop innovative product solutions.
- Design and model new products while considering functionality, manufacturability, installation methods, and quality requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models.
- Ensure compliance with design standards, tolerances, and technical requirements throughout the development process.
- Work closely with prototyping and testing teams to validate designs and implement improvements.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate product design documentation and technical references.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and design processes.
