Job Description
Responsibilities
Event planning and execution, e.g. curation of theme, content, engagement activities, schedule, and speakers.
Development of event collaterals and communications materials through online and offline marketing channels, including social media and brand campaigns.
Coordination with internal stakeholders (including branches, marketing, compliance, legal, communications and branding), external partners (e.g. community organisations and government agencies), and event vendors.
Logistics coordination & operations management, including venue/booth setup, IT/AV equipment, catering, collaterals, and on-site operational support.
Manage participant registrations and attendance records, including post-event evaluations and feedback collection to drive continuous improvement
Resource management including project timelines, budget, inventory of assets, collaterals and gift merchandise.
Manage administrative documentation and prepare management reports and presentations.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in programme management, event management, customer and community engagement, stakeholder management, or partnership development.
Experience managing customer events, roadshows, workshops, outreach programmes, or community engagement initiatives.
Experience working with government agencies, community organizations, industry associations, or external partners is advantageous.
Functional Competencies
Strong event planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and deliver within tight timelines.
Proven experience coordinating end-to-end event logistics including vendor coordination, registration management, and onsite operations.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
Experience in budget administration, resource planning, and cost management.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Experience in managing events, customer programmes, financial literacy initiatives, and community outreach and education.
Familiarity with participant engagement tracking, feedback evaluation methodologies, and post-event analytics.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver impactful programmes and events.
