Description
Reporting to the Manager, Trade Finance, you will perform complex and interpretive financial analyses for an assigned area. You will present analysis and recommendations to management and support business partnering, analytics, annual operating plan, strategic planning, monthly forecasting, metrics and scorecards, and period close activities.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Partner with assigned functions on accounting and finance-related questions, assessing business needs and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Participate in the preparation and compilation of the annual operating plan and strategic plan for assigned components of the profit and loss statement and related balance sheet accounts.
- Update monthly forecasts based on business changes and communicate actionable, forward-looking insights to business partners.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including identifying and resolving unusual items and issues.
- Develop financial analyses and models to support business requests, including product development, customer analysis, competitive analysis, and pricing initiatives.
- Contribute to projects spanning financial planning and analysis, new product development, manufacturing investments, and in-market investments.
- Develop metrics, scorecards, and reporting tools for assigned functions.
- Evaluate and deliver periodic financial metrics, scorecards, and reports.
- Participate in and lead finance-wide projects based on business priorities and organizational needs.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional business and financial experience.
- Experience with profit and loss management, financial systems, and general accounting concepts.
- Experience partnering across multiple departments to complete projects and resolve business challenges.
- Experience identifying risks, opportunities, and trends through financial analysis.
- Experience building financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools.
- Experience presenting financial information and recommendations to business partners and leadership.
- Experience with SAP or similar financial systems preferred.

Compensation
Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
