What You'll Do
- Support month-end close activities including journals, reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis
- Manage product costing, inventory-related accounting activities, and cost updates within finance systems
- Prepare forecasts, business models, and performance reports that support operational and commercial decision-making
- Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to investigate variances and provide actionable insights
- Drive reporting enhancements and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and data visibility
Key Criteria
- 3+ years of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, or Commercial Finance experience
- Strong understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting standards
- Experience with product costing, inventory accounting, COGS analysis, or manufacturing/FMCG finance environments
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and large data-set analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.
- Metro Manila (BGC): Australian business hours (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT) with a hybrid setup (1 day onsite, 4 days remote)
