Recruitment Consultant | Business Support Temps
Location: 3rd Floor, Tyler's House, Tylers Avenue, Southend on Sea, SS1 2BB
Driver: Car driver with own vehicle and valid driving licence essential
Salary: £27,500 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus potential
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hybrid working: 4 days in the office and 1 day from home following your induction period

We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Southend office, specialising in the Business Support Temporaries sector across Southend and the surrounding areas, so car driver essential due to client visits.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop a specialist desk, build lasting client relationships and connect talented candidates with opportunities across commercial opportunities. What You'll Be Doing
Building and developing relationships with commercial clients across Southend and the surrounding areas
Generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
Taking job briefs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
Sourcing, attracting and engaging high-quality candidates
Managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
Completing compliance checks, including right to work and references
Delivering an excellent experience for both clients and candidates
