Google SEO Specialist (iGaming)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Google SEO Specialist (iGaming) with hands-on Google SEO experience, primarily responsible for optimizing our brand's official website for Google organic search to join our team (Remotely).

This role focuses mainly on on-page SEO, with an emphasis on continuously improving organic traffic and keyword rankings for the brand website through site structure, keywords, content, internal linking, and technical optimization.

We primarily manage our own brand websites, not simply running PBNs or mass link-building. The ideal candidate should truly understands website SEO — able to independently analyze site issues and develop optimization strategies, not just execute tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Google SEO optimization of the company's brand website.
• Keyword research, keyword mapping, and search intent analysis.
• Basic on-page SEO optimization including site structure, URLs, Titles, Meta tags, H-tags, etc.
• Internal linking strategy and keyword distribution across pages.
• Optimize crawling, indexing, duplicate pages, 404 errors, Canonical tags, Sitemaps, and other technical issues.
• Optimize and adjust existing website content to improve page rankings.
• Analyze competitor websites and their keyword rankings.
• Monitor website data using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.
• Track Google algorithm updates and continuously adjust SEO strategies based on website data.
• Regularly compile SEO data, tracking organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Google SEO experience.
• Experience on independently managed SEO projects for websites.
• Familiar with Google SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization methods.
• Proficient in Keyword Research, On-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
• Skilled in using SEO tools such as GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.
• Familiar with WordPress websites and basic SEO settings.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify and resolve SEO issues based on data.
• Experience with SEO in Brazil or Mexico markets (iGaming markets). Experience with overseas market SEO is a plus.
• Fluent in English

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience responding to Google Core Updates.
• Experience with SEO content optimization and content planning.
• Experience optimizing SEO traffic for conversions.
