Pay is $18.55 per hour PLUS $2.00 shift differential.

MUST HAVE 3 MONTHS Operator experience within the last 12 months documented within your applications work history and/or resume. Can be a combination of employers as long as it is within the past 12 months or your application will not be reviewed.

Job Title: Utility
Job Description: This position must be capable of performing all jobs in the First Processing area. Keep evisceration floors clean, give breaks, sanitize knives and gloves, keep tables and racks clear of birds and any other duties assigned. Fill in as needed per supervisor.
Job Synopsis: This position will be responsible for filling any daily staffing needs in the First Processing area. Utility will report to production management at the beginning of each shift and await job assignment.
Ability to perform a variety of production and support roles within the assigned department
Ability to operate machinery, tools, and equipment as required
Ability to complete Tyson paperwork accurately
Ability to communicate with plant management, supervisors, and other team members in person and via radio
Ability to provide relief breaks and cover staffing needs as assigned
Ability to follow safety, quality, and production standards
