As a Manager in Training, you’ll develop your leadership skills while actively producing in the field and working alongside experienced Heritage leadership.

This is not classroom-only training.

You’ll be in the field selling, learning, coaching, and developing the skills needed to grow into leadership.

What You’ll Do

As a Manager in Training, you’ll continue doing what successful roofing professionals do best—produce—while developing the skills required to lead others.

You’ll:

• Generate residential roofing and restoration opportunities
• Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage
• Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process
• Manage projects from initial inspection through completion
• Build strong homeowner relationships
• Maintain a high standard of customer service
• Recruit and help onboard new sales representatives
• Train new hires through field coaching and ride-alongs
• Help team members develop their sales skills
• Lead from the front through personal production
• Drive accountability and performance
• Help build Heritage’s San Antonio sales organization

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience required
• Residential storm restoration experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Ability to work in the field and perform roof inspections
• Commitment to helping grow the San Antonio market
