Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Drive regional Go-to-Market (G2M) execution for e-Mobility applications, focusing on traction inverters, auxiliary inverters, and e-motor control. Identify, prioritize, and support strategic design-in and design-win opportunities in collaboration with Sales, Field Application Engineers, and Product Lines. Capture customer and market requirements to develop compelling value propositions and solution positioning. Provide application expertise, market intelligence, and competitive insights to support business growth. Support pricing, quoting, and commercial decisions to maximize profitable growth. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ecosystem partners to accelerate customer adoption of solutions. Analyse customer feedback, win/loss trends, and market developments to improve strategy execution and business performance. Represent regional customer requirements and market insights in global roadmap, application, and product planning discussions. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 12-18 years of experience in the automotive, semiconductor, or mobility industry. At least 5 years of experience in Application Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Development, System Architecture, or a related customer-facing role. Proven track record of engaging with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to drive design-in and business growth opportunities. Strong understanding of automotive electrification, powertrain, or advanced vehicle electronic systems. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions to business value. Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
