We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our Service Operations team. This role is critical to ensuring our technicians and customers receive the parts they need when they need them. If you enjoy staying organized, managing inventory, solving problems, and working with multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do as a Parts Coordinator
Manage Parts Inventory & Order Fulfillment
- Pull, package, and ship customer parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive incoming parts shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
- Monitor open orders and invoice activity to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Process customer backorders and update order status as inventory becomes available.
- Assist with inventory organization and maintain accurate parts records.
Coordinate Customer & Internal Orders
- Receive and process customer parts requests.
- Update order information and customer records within company systems.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments across multiple company locations.
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Research and resolve issues related to parts availability, shipping, and order status.
Support Service Operations
- Partner closely with Service, Administration, Supply, and Operations teams.
- Assist with receiving equipment, inventory deliveries, and special shipments when needed.
- Build working knowledge of related operational functions to support departmental flexibility.
- Provide excellent service and communication to internal and external customers.
- Follow established company procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in inventory management, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, or administrative support is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 70 pounds.
- Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
