The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for an Alaka’i Nalu Crew who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Alaka’i Nalu Crew have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and ocean fronting the property while exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Candidates with a passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality as well as exceptional ocean skills, ocean safety awareness, and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Alaka’i Nalu, the Alaka’i Crew works closely with the other Alaka’i team, Supervisors, and Director of Alaka’i Nalu to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests and members. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Demonstrate a high degree of skill in all ocean activities offered by Alaka’i Nalu.
- Responsible for teaching, at a high level, new ocean skills including outrigger canoe paddling, SUP paddling, scooter snorkel, wing boarding, one-wheels, and additional activities as needed.
- Expected to safely lead guests/members on all ocean activity excursions offered with Alaka’i Nalu.
- Must possess high levels of ocean conditions awareness including swells, winds, tides, and other potential safety concerns.
- Responsible for communicating closely with the other team members to ensure a world class guest experience.

WHAT TO BRING
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
- CPR/First Aid certified.
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and accurate knowledge of the English language.
