Main responsibilities: 

• Support & coordinate the initiatives and projects within Controlling Enablement team. Monitor the status and progression of the transversal projects, in coordination with key project stakeholders (Data Integrity, User Support & Training, Business Enablement, Digital teams).
• Help with the coordination of monthly performance KPI reviews and dashboarding.
• Support the internal documentation management project.
• Drive and support internal process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.

About you  

 
Experience:  

• Ongoing university studies (active student status) studying a degree in Finance, Economics, IT , Engineering or related subjects 

• Min. 20 -hour availability/week 

Soft and technical skills:  

• Systems: MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, ) - mandatory,

• Problem solving, analytical skills

• Good communication skills

• Attentive to detail and works with precision

Languages: Fluent in English
