Receiver

Overview

Up North Plastics, Inc. a leading plastics manufacturer has an immediate opening for a Receiver on a Mon-Fri 7AM-4PM schedule. A successful candidate requires strong computer skills, ability to operate a forklift, and ability to quickly swtich tasks as needed.

 

***$18.00-$19.00 per hour starting***

Qualifications

• Individual should possess excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in an ever changing environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Computer literate, experience with Excel and/ or AS400 a plus.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift. 

Responsibilities

 

• Receive and unload trailers using a forklift.
• Manage storage trailers.
• Complete all receiving paperwork.
• Unloading and verification of deliveries.
• Verification and distribution of packing slips. 
• Cycle counting of items on a regular basis.
• Additional duties as become necessary and / or assigned by management.
