Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate repairs and maintenance across the company’s facilities, buildings, and retail stores, working closely with Electricians, Technicians, and the Building Maintenance Manager.
- Conduct regular inspections of CCTV systems in company buildings and retail outlets to ensure security and operational efficiency.
- Manage and maintain security systems, including Biometric Access, Intruder Alarms, and other surveillance systems.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors to schedule and supervise building and store repair works, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Manage tenants for company-owned facilities, addressing maintenance and repair requests while ensuring compliance with lease agreements.
- Handle administrative duties related to facility operations, including documentation, reporting, and vendor coordination.
- Perform building maintenance duties on ad-hoc basis if needed on weekends, public holidays etc.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Facilities Management or related field, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in facilities management and administrative duties
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Good understanding of building operations and maintenance coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Possess good time management skills and a team player
