- Responsible for development of products in laboratory environment
- Weigh, extrude, mill, grinding, and cleanup powder coating
- Spray test panels
- Perform laboratory tests using approved testing methods
- Document test results
- Adjust formulation based on trial and error methods
- Prepare customer samples and trials
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Basic mathematic and written skills
- Math and color vision test will be required
