AS AN EXECUTIVE ENABLEMENT ASSISTANT, YOU WILL:

  • Partner with the Chief Transformation & Sustainability Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer to optimize executive effectiveness by proactively managing priorities, schedules, and strategic initiatives.

  • Coordinate cross-functional programs and enterprise initiatives by aligning stakeholders, tracking milestones, and ensuring priorities remain on schedule.

  • Develop executive-ready presentations, briefing materials, agendas, executive communications, and meeting content for the Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, leadership reviews, and talent discussions.

  • Manage highly complex executive calendars, domestic and international travel, and executive logistics while proactively anticipating conflicts and balancing competing priorities.

  • Lead the planning and execution of executive meetings, leadership events, Board activities, and offsite sessions, ensuring exceptional preparation, flawless logistics, and meaningful outcomes.

  • Provide flexible executive support across the Executive Office during peak workloads, business-critical initiatives, or leadership transitions to ensure continuity and operational excellence.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve collaboration, and leverage AI-enabled tools and digital workflows to increase executive and organizational effectiveness.

  • Build strong partnerships across executive leadership, business functions, and the Executive Assistant community to foster collaboration and deliver exceptional service.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Five (5)+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple executive priorities while exercising sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and consistently deliver high-quality results.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level presentations, briefing materials, and communications.

  • Proven experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel, executive meetings, and high-profile events.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.

  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools and digital technologies to improve efficiency and ways of working.

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Experience supporting C-suite executives within a global or Fortune 500 organization.

  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams, Board of Directors meetings, or enterprise-wide initiatives.

  • Experience partnering with Human Resources, Transformation, Strategy, or Operations organizations.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects while balancing both strategic and administrative responsibilities.

  • Experience working within highly matrixed organizations and collaborating across multiple business functions.
