In addition, Sensei will run the F&B operation, as part of a licensing agreement with Nobu. Position Description: 

We are seeking a highly experienced Golf Outside Services Attendant to deliver polished, anticipatory service to members and guests at a luxury semi-private golf club. This role is ideal for a seasoned golf-service professional who understands private-club etiquette, takes pride in presentation and organization, and can consistently create a seamless arrival, practice, play, and departure experience. The position supports daily golf operations through expert bag handling, cart preparation, practice-facility readiness, guest communication, and close coordination across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform opening and/or closing duties of the daily operation
• Ensure clubhouse and snack areas are fully stocked
• Place and deliver F&B orders for guests
• Retrieve & clean golf balls from practice area, fill divots and ball pouches
• Ensure golf carts are cleaned, detailed, fully stocked, and charged
• Clean all clubs for guests; clean and maintain rental equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and order in bag room, cart shelter area, and range area
• Assist with monthly physical inventory
• Work closely with PAS & ES team to ensure smooth arrival and departure of guests
• Become familiar with booking & communication software as well as radios
• Assist with golf events, tournamnents, or other golf engagements
• Attend all employee meetings
• Create bag tags daily using laser engraver
• Leadership – Maintain a positive, upbeat role, promote and exemplify company values and represents departmental objectives and interests to internal and external customers
• Customer Service – Follow up on complaints, questions, and concerns; respond to internal/external customer needs in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
• Teamwork - Develop and promote teamwork and cooperation among co-workers
• Safety – Comply with established safe work practices and attend to all safety-related training provided or made available by the Company.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, & alcohol awareness standards
• Due to the intimate nature of the resort with limited number of guests on property, we must assist teams laterally across all departments to support a seamless guest flow

Requirements: 

• Ability to lift and carry golf bags , boxes up to 50lbs.
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods
• Computer skills

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• PGA Appentice preferred
• High end private club or luxury resort background
• ServSafe certified
• ABC certified
