Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the EBAE department, managing a team of four direct reports.
• Handle a smaller book of business while contributing to the department's overall revenue of approximately $2 million.
• Drive growth in the self-funded business segment, focusing on accounts with 50-100+ lives.
• Develop and implement operating procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct weekly team meetings and participate in department head meetings.
• Collaborate with ownership and other department leaders to align strategies and goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in self-funded accounts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in BenefitPoint and Employee Navigator software.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Work Ethic: A self-starter with a "doer" mentality, capable of taking initiative and driving results.
