Looking for a steady, part-time job working with children? Want something meaningful—not just another shift? Join our team at Volunteer Community School (part of Chambliss Center for Children), and help care for children from infants to Pre-K during the afternoons.
Location and Hours:
Location and Hours:
- Volunteer Community School, 506 Spears Avenue, Chattanooga.
- Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 5:30pm
Pay: Starts at $11-$13 per hour; higher with experience and education
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and play with children
- Help keep classrooms safe, clean, and organized
- Support teachers and step in where needed
- Help children finish their day in a calm, positive way
What We Need
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a fingerprint background check
- Reliable, friendly, patient, and good with kids
- Experience working with children in a group setting preferred
