This is a full-time seasonal role beginning August 2026. The starting wage for this role is $17.50/hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Bake and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods for the dining room, employee dining room, and coffee shop.
• Assist in developing and producing feature desserts and pastry specials for food and beverage outlets.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of baking stations, equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Identify and report maintenance, equipment, and safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Support banquet, conference, meeting, and special event operations as required.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests and teammates.
• Contribute wherever needed and support overall kitchen and hospitality operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of baking, pastry, or food production experience required.
• Culinary, baking, or patisserie training is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of food preparation, baking techniques, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple operational areas as needed.
