Job Description:
This position is on the Legal Operations team and supports legal function global processes, application administration, data management, installation support, user support, end user training, technology assistance, program coordination, and incident solution for the Corteva Legal function. Responsible for ensuring systems are maintained, data is properly updated, integrity of data and applications, and resolve issues. The candidate will work closely with Legal team members, IT, and vendor team members in ensuring successful user experience of legal applications. There will also be interactions with Procurement, R&D, Sales, Finance, and Human Resources.
Legal applications that will be used include: Onit, NetDocuments, Symphony, hCue, LRN (iComply), CaseIQ, Truyo, Navex Global (Risk Rate), PowerBI, and SharePoint sites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- System Administration for all Legal applications (installation, accesses, and training)
- Managing and tracking system integrations.
- Application reporting including user metrics.
- Managing application upgrades, data loads, maintenance, and testing.
- Running scripts, scheduling tasks and monitoring jobs for applications.
- Updating workflows in various legal applications.
- Updating clause and template libraries for contract management application.
- Updating privacy system templates.
- Application data auditing to ensure data integrity.
- Resolve issues, identify patterns, and recommend enhancements.
- Escalation to other individuals on Legal Ops team or IT when needed.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- Years of experience: 4-6 in System or Application Administration or equivalent.
- Strong experience working with legal applications such as matter management, e-billing, and/or document management.
- Strong knowledge and 2-3 years of experience working in Legal Operations is a plus.

- Must have prior experience supporting and / or administrating applications (legal applications is a plus).

- Strong capabilities in the usage of Microsoft Office 365 tools:
- Excel (reporting, pivot tables, arrays)
- PowerBI (building reports and metrics dashboards for leadership)
- Outlook, Teams (communication, collaboration)
- Word (documentation)
- SharePoint (create / design, manage security, collaborate, integrate charts and tables)
- Understanding of IT Architecture, Databases, and Applications.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, PowerBI, Scripting and Automation tools is a plus.
- Experience with Legal Operations processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in document management systems and legal enterprise software is a plus.
- Experience in the contract field, contracts administration, or contract management is a plus
- Experience with legal analytics and legal terminology is a plus
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
- Experience in website design is a plus.
