OUR TEAM
Our Explosive Ordnance Services team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for professional growth. YOUR ROLE
We are currently seeking a Facility Administrator to join our team and provide essential administrative and site support across our facility.
This is an initial 12-month fixed-term opportunity, with the possibility of becoming ongoing. You’ll play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site, supporting employees, visitors, contractors and key stakeholders.
Based on the Edinburgh base, on Kaurna land, your role purpose will be
Provide general administration and clerical support
Coordinate visitor, contractor and site access requirements
Maintain site induction and training records
Prepare reports, correspondence and other site documentation
Manage maintenance requests, stocktakes and site records
Monitor site access and support EDA entry requirements
Respond to enquiries and provide support to employees, contractors and stakeholders
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Strong organisation and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
Defence or regulated environment experience (desirable) with an existing Defence NV1 security clearance
