Roles and Responsibilities

• Own sourcing specific ERPs, processes and tools. Review and improve processes. Work on special initiatives.
• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explain information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
• Jobs at this level function with some autonomy but are subject to functional practices and precedents or are covered by well-defined policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work if the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).
• Use some judgment and propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems. Has ability to prioritize information for data analysis. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to arrive at

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; alternatively, a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of relevant sourcing, procurement, or operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience working with sourcing systems, ERP platforms, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and support business decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute projects in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this position is $82,9000-138,200 USD Annual.  The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. ​

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $82,900.00 and $138,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
