Join our team at Micron as an RDA Operation Shift Technician and become an essential part of our semiconductor manufacturing operations.
The RDA Operation team provides a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can develop valuable technical skills in defect inspection, process monitoring, and wafer manufacturing support. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced semiconductor equipment, manufacturing systems, and emerging AI-enabled tools while supporting daily production activities and ensuring smooth fab operations.
As an RDA Operation Shift Technician, you will perform defect inspections and SEM reviews, monitor WIP flow, manage priority lots, support production activities, maintain accurate operational records, and collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient and stable production execution. You will also leverage digital and AI-assisted solutions to enhance operational visibility, streamline routine tasks, and enable data-driven decision making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
