Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Saturday

Shifts: 5 x 7.5-hour shifts

We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Physiotherapist with strong inpatient experience to join the Therapies team at HCA UK at University College Hospital. HCA UK at UCH is a joint partnership and provides expert care for a wide range of blood cancers and disorders as well as solid tumours. Wards are over two floors in the new purpose built Grafton Way building opened in 2022. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the UK's leading consultants in a state-of-the-art hospital, renowned for delivering exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes.

As an Advanced Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services across our acute inpatient environment, supporting patients throughout their treatment, with a particular focus on haematology and oncology. Working as part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you will assess, treat and rehabilitate patients with complex clinical needs, helping to optimise recovery, promote independence and facilitate safe and timely discharge. You will be part of a larger team of physiotherapists based at The Harley Street Clinic where you will attend meetings and be available for cross cover as required.

This is a predominantly ward-based role, offering the opportunity to work autonomously while contributing to the ongoing development of a responsive and patient-centred therapy service. You will utilise your advanced clinical skills to manage a varied caseload of acute patients, provide specialist advice to colleagues and support service improvement initiatives. What you’ll bring:

• Graduate Diploma or BSc in Physiotherapy
• Registration with HCPC
• At least 3 years of acute hospital inpatient experience
• Demonstratable experience and special interest in haematology /oncology
