The Florida Panthers are in their 33rd season in 2026-27 as one of the National Hockey League's premier franchises. As back-to-back Stanley Cup Champions in 2024 and 2025, the Panthers have won 11 of their past 12 postseason series and captured four Eastern Conference Championships. Job Summary:
Responsible for selling tickets, distributing tickets, and providing excellent customer service to Amerant Bank Arena and War Memorial Auditorium guests. Requires proper handling of credit card transactions. This role requires availability on nights and weekends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in selling concert/event/hockey tickets to patrons
- Answer guest questions regarding event schedules, seating, pricing, venue policies, and ticket availability
- Accurately complete credit card transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and customers as well as internal staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Box Office Manager or Supervisor.
- Assist Sales and Service Representatives with questions and troubleshooting
Qualifications:

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part time, non-exempt (hourly) position. Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
