What You'll Do
You will work in a call center environment, engaging with members over the phone to assess eligibility for programs like the Medicare Savings Program.
Collect and input personal and financial information into multiple systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Identify additional resources to support members' needs, such as food assistance or medication cost savings.
Educate and empower members to take advantage of benefits that improve their quality of life.
Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to a culture of compassion, service, and excellence.

Required:
Must reside 50 miles from Louisville Waterside Building: 101 E. Main Street, Louisville, KY 40202
2+ years of customer service experience
Proficient in technology to include data entry, learning and navigating multiple systems and learning new applications
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare or social services
Previous inbound/outbound call center experience
Bilingual English/Spanish
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Schedule & Work Environment:
Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:40 AM – 7:10 PM (with scheduled lunch and breaks).
On-site Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM for 10 weeks.
Location: In-office at 101 E. Main Street, Louisville, KY 40202.
Remote work may be available based on performance, attendance, and demonstrated independence.
NO PTO is allowed for the first 90 days of employment

$1,500 bonus for new hires paid in three installments:
$250 paid after the new hire remains employed for 90 days from hire date.
$500 paid after the new hire remains employed for 6 months from hire date.
$750 paid after the new hire remains employed for 12 months from hire date.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
