Job Description:

Job Summary
As a Customs Intern at Airbus (Tianjin) Final Assembly Company Limited, you will support the Customs team in ensuring smooth and compliant import and export operations, gaining practical experience in international trade regulations and procedures within a global aerospace manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation and review of customs declarations and supporting documentation for import and export shipments.
* Support the customs team in data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate customs compliance logs.
* Research and analyze customs regulations, trade agreements, and tariff classifications to ensure compliance.
* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, procurement) to gather necessary information for customs procedures.
* Participate in internal audits and assist with the preparation of reports related to customs activities.
* Help monitor and track the status of customs clearances and resolve minor discrepancies.
* Provide administrative support to the customs department as needed.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the customs function.

Job Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Fluent in Chinese.
* Basic understanding of international trade principles and customs regulations is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly advantageous.
* A strong desire to learn and develop a career in customs and international trade.
