We are looking for an Executive Advisor to support the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Multitude Group on significant strategic, commercial, financing and corporate development initiatives.

This is a senior advisory and individual contributor role requiring strong commercial judgment, analytical ability, discretion and independence. The successful candidate will work closely with the Founder, CEO and selected business leaders to evaluate opportunities, support strategic transactions and help progress complex initiatives from initial assessment through completion.

A key area of focus will be supporting Multitude’s Wholesale Bank Direct Lending team in identifying suitable non-bank lenders across Europe seeking financing of approximately EUR 10–30 million and assisting with the lending process through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Founder and CEO on significant strategic projects and corporate development initiatives.

  • Identify, assess and evaluate potential acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships.

  • Conduct market, company, commercial and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

  • Assist with the preparation of business cases, transaction materials, presentations and recommendations.

  • Support the negotiation and execution of major acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships.

  • Work with the Wholesale Bank Direct Lending team to identify non-bank lenders across Europe seeking financing of approximately EUR 10–30 million.

  • Support the lending process from initial contact and opportunity assessment through due diligence, structuring, negotiation and completion.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties, including management teams, investors, lenders, advisors and other business partners.

  • Track strategic initiatives, follow up on key actions and help ensure timely execution.

  • Provide support on other strategic, commercial, financing and corporate development matters as reasonably requested by the Founder or CEO.

  • Handle sensitive business information with the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Perform all duties independently, professionally and in the best interests of Multitude Group.

Candidate Profile

  • Significant experience in strategy, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, lending, financial services or a closely related field.

  • Strong understanding of acquisitions, investments, strategic partnerships and corporate finance.

  • Experience supporting transactions, financing processes or complex commercial negotiations.

  • Knowledge of European financial markets and the non-bank lending sector is highly advantageous.

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to assess businesses, financing opportunities and investment cases.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with senior executives and external counterparties.

  • Highly independent, structured and results-oriented approach.

  • Excellent judgment and discretion when handling confidential or commercially sensitive matters.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
