In this role, you will prepare high-quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu items while delivering the exceptional standards of excellence that define Four Seasons. Reporting to the culinary leadership team, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
What You Will Do
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
Work across multiple kitchen stations including grill, sauté, and cold line.
Complete daily mise en place and station setup for meal service periods.
Monitor and manage cooking temperatures to ensure food quality and food safety standards.
Assist with advance preparation of food items based on business volume and production needs.
Properly store, label, date, and rotate products in accordance with food safety procedures.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Support inventory control initiatives by minimizing food waste and reporting shortages.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
Collaborate professionally with fellow team members and supervisors to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
What You Bring
Minimum of three years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Intermediate culinary knowledge with strong understanding of cooking techniques and food preparation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficient knife skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, fryers, steamers, mixers, and slicers.
Food Handler or Food Safety certification, or the ability to obtain required certifications.
Strong commitment to teamwork, cleanliness, and guest service excellence.

Full-time position
Generally scheduled for 40 hours per week over five days
Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
