Responsible for Scotland, Northern Ireland and North of England.
- Responsible for delivering a varied range of retail asset projects, Car Parks and Store Enhancement projects, by taking a leading role in the implementation, change and cost control of the projects within the region.
- Lead an external Design Team through a series of design meetings and site meetings to ensure the scope is being delivered to cost programme and quality within store enhancements and standalone asset projects inline with the ASDA Model Specification & give feedback on possible improvements
- Develop programme & chasing to minimise disruption and impact to operations as well as the Identification, mitigation, monitoring and control of risks within the project scope
- Manage project costs and the adhere to all financial processes and controls
- Deliver and ensure client duties are under CDM, as well as management of CDM regulations and compliance with ASDA Ways of Working to ensure all legal construction regulations and permits are met
- Work as partners with City FM to ensure alignment across all work areas and that the work is in line with the Asda model specification
- Highlighting and developing new innovative construction initiatives to improve lifecycle costing and EDLC
- Engaging key stakeholders to ensure all business opportunities/initiatives are landed & present projects for scheme approval to the Senior Leadership team
Ideal candidates will need to be based in Scotland and willing to travel.
